Happy Pancake Day!

Firstly Happy Pancake Day. As it's a big year of WB Yeats here in Sligo (well worldwide really) I dedicated my pancake to the poet himself...I think there's a bit of a likeness there. It's also my birthday today, I got very spoilt and had a lovely day  🙂
