I wasn’t going to do a Sligo Food News blog post this month, it takes such a lot of time, but there is such a lot of news this month – so here we are. Also, I had to share the cutest coffee that I’ve ever had! It was made by Julia in The Gate Lodge Café, Doorly Park, I saw a post on their Facebook page featuring the amazing coffee art, and I had to pop in. They also have cakes by Debba Bakes – including gluten-free ones.
