Focus on Irish Food – Carrow Coffee

I should really have named this blog post focus on Irish drink, but you get the idea. A family member was looking for organic coffee and I like to support local businesses whenever I can, so I ordered from Carrow Coffee and the service was excellent! It arrived so quickly and I was delighted.

I visited Carrowgarry Farm last year and wrote a dedicated blog post about them, that’s where Carrow Coffee is based. You can read the blog post here. Paola and Andrew are passionate about coffee, they lived in Colombia for four years, and they travelled throughout the countryside to visit farms and learn about coffee production and the different processing methods.

Carrow Coffee strive to source the best sustainably-grown beans from small-scale farmers, and then use their roasting expertise to bring out the best flavour in the cup. From bright washed coffees to funky naturals they are proud to roast distinctive and memorable coffees. They are committed to environmental sustainability and to paying farmers a fair price.

They offer nationwide delivery, and you can find their products in selected shops and cafes in County Sligo. Shop here.

This isn’t a sponsored post, I like to feature businesses that I love.
