Susie’s Bistro has opened in Tubbercurry Golf Club, Tubbercurry, Sligo. You may have been in Susie’s Bistro before, as it was located in Charlestown, Co. Mayo, and was very handy for a bite to eat on the way to the airport.
Susie’s Bistro opened on March 22nd, 2024, and plans to open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I went along this morning, and it’s the first time I’ve been to Tubbercurry Golf Club – which is lovely! It’s a short drive from the town of Tubbercurry.
The staff at Susie’s were friendly and welcoming, and I had a lovely breakfast of Homemade granola, with Greek yogurt, honey and fruit. It was delicious. It’s always lovely to see a new business opening in Sligo, and I wish Susie’s Bistro all the best, you can find them on Facebook.
