Past Life Regression with Wellness on the Way

I’ve always been interested in past life regression and I do believe that we’ve been here before, although I’m aware not everyone believes in reincarnation. A few years ago I heard an interview with Jenny Cockell, who not only believed that she was born before, but she managed to track down her children from her previous life, I read her book and it was fascinating. I’m rambling as usual, but to cut a long story short I heard an interview on the Claire Ronan show on Ocean FM, Claire was chatting to Bea from Wellness on the Way. Bea is a Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist and she’s based in Enniscrone but also runs clinics in Ballina too. Bea mentioned that she does past life regression sessions, and I’d never heard of anyone locally who does this, so I booked an appointment to find out more. I’d been hypnotised before – years ago in Spain, and it mainly involved me running around a bar looking for my bellybutton! This was completely different and as you know I can be fairly anxious so I wasn’t sure if I would be relaxed enough to be hypnotised. Bea is a lovely person and I felt very relaxed and safe with her. I’d received a voice note before my appointment to tell me more about what to expect – and in some cases what not to expect because hypotherapy doesn’t work for everyone.

Bea doesn’t suggest anything, you see what you see. I saw myself at a docks, surrounded by fishermen, boats and fish. I saw a reflection of myself as a man wearing a flat cap and boots and the date 1847 popped into my head. Of course there’s no way I can check any facts, but I am always drawn to boats – but when I’m in them I don’t like them. I also don’t like eating fish very much.
