Every day is pancake day at The Bazaar in Boyle

I was delighted to see that The Bazaar Coffee Shop in Boyle, Co. Roscommon are now serving pancakes every day. I love pancakes but somehow it feels wrong to eat them at home unless it’s Pancake Day – daft I know! I was out and about early exploring the bluebell wood in Knockvicar, so I’d built up a bit of an appetite and headed to Boyle.

I love The Bazaar, I always get a warm welcome and I feel very much at home here. It’s a lovely cosy space with a great atmosphere. The pancakes were delicious, I’d really recommend them.

Just a little note to say I paid for my food, the question I get asked most is about this, I will always tell you if I get invited anywhere or if I get given something.
