Yesterday I went up to ‘A Taste of Donegal’ which is a food festival taking place in Donegal town this weekend. It’s the first time I’ve ever been there and I really enjoyed my visit and got to try out some new foods.
There were also food demos taking place and lots of entertainment for all the family. Due to the bus times I’m only got to spend just over an hour there so I did miss quite a lot but I enjoyed what I saw.

I do have to say this has to be one of your most heartless posts! Did you even think of us, the people in the States who could not sample all those marvelous things. 😦 Only kidding of course, as I live vicariously through you. Keep up the good work.
I’m sorry yardsailor, you’ll just have to come and visit Ireland 😉 you may want to look away for a couple of days as there are more food posts coming up. To be honest I’m hungry again writing them too 🙂
Won’t be getting there till March 2016, hope I can find at least one food festival then.
