Christ on a bike

Christ on a bike, originally uploaded by magnum_lady.

This is one of my favourite sayings…..sorry if I’ve offended anyone. I spotted this tshirt at the Point Village Market in Dublin last week.

Talking of Dublin we are going tomorrow to see Paramore. We are big fans and really looking forward to it. I’m gutted though because it was announced today that HMV in Grafton Street will be selling tshirts with meet and greet passes tomorrow morning. Too bad that Irish rail don’t run an early weekend train 😦 So we won’t be there early enough to get them. We would have loved to have met the band. All the details are here.

Anyway I’ll catch up with you all on Sunday πŸ™‚ Oh and by the way I’ve seen a lot of people searching for my blog by putting in magnumlady…..please say hi. I’m very flattered by the amount of people that read the blog, thank you.

  1. Hi, I come here through my google reader, but hi anyway.
Sorry I missed you last weekend, when I passed the railway station I wondered if I should go and give bertie a pat on the roof!! Well there is always next time, I’ll get my people to contact your people!

  2. Hi Magnum Lady

I thought I’d add that Christ On A Bike (the band – us) visited Dublin a few years back (when the euro was cheaper!) and loved it though we couldn’t play there. However, our name was taken from the saying which was used a lot in the NME musicpaper back in the day and not as a blasphemous slight. However, if you ever wanted to check out the band, come look at our website. We have free downloads and lots of streamed tunes.
All the best for 2011.. best wishes Chris & Holly COAB.
