It started snowing last night and had settled, so I thought today we might wake up to snow everywhere and I didn’t mind as I don’t have to drive in it….but it was all gone when I looked out. Its lovely and sunny now and I’ve even got some washing on the line!
I was hoping for a lie in this morning, no such luck. All the dogs in the village seemed to be having a competition to see who could bark the loudest so I was awake quite early and just read for a while.
I’ve finally talked Lucy into tidying her room…..the mess was being to take over the room and spread out onto the landing, so far she’s found two teaspoons, a mouldy old biscuit and goodness knows what else….I can’t complain though because I used to be exactly the same (probably even worse)…but I’m not going to tell her that 😉
