I’ve seen a few posts on social media looking for dog friendly cafés in Sligo. I put a call out on my pages and here are the places, I’m not adding the ones that have water outside (because that’s pretty much all cafés, but these are the ones with indoor spaces).

Harrison’s welcome dogs to their heated covered terrace area. They are in Cliffoney.
Dock 84 in Sligo town welcome dogs to their covered patio area.
Cafe Mate in Wine Street Carpark love dogs.
Austie’s in Rosses Point allow dogs on the bar side.
Sligo Southern Hotel.
The Millstone Cafe, Sligo Folk Park, Riverstown.

Selkie in Tullaghan have a couple of dog friendly tables – but they need to be pre-booked.
Devour in Kinlough

Hi Val – You’ve probably mentioned this in an earlier blog post, but if not, there’s also the wonderful Vintage Lane Cafe, in Rathcormac, on site at Branley’s Yard. Very dog friendly, and a lovely, comfy, relaxing cafe for a cuppa, a sweet treat, breakfast or lunch.

Yes, Val. As far as I know, it’s both an indoor and outdoor dog-friendly cafe, as I’ve seen several photos of owners and their dogs inside the cafe as well as outside.
What I’d also love to have happen is for someone in Sligo (or anywhere in Ireland) to open a cat cafe/bookshop. 🙂
