Sligo’s Newest Cafe – Valentino’s Cafe in The Quayside

There’s such an interest in food establishments in Sligo, so I thought I’d tell you about Valentino’s Café in The Quayside Shopping Centre. They opened in December, 2025, and they are on the Quay Street side of the centre – through Next.

I’ve only been in for a takeaway coffee, but my husband was in for coffee and cake before Christmas and he enjoyed it. I love the quirky wallpaper on the feature wall – it’s so cute!
