Good news for anyone visiting The Model, Sligo — foam. has officially opened its doors there. They’ve taken over from Osta Café (who are still operating at their riverside location in town).
If you’re not familiar with it, The Model, Sligo, is one of Ireland’s top contemporary art centres. It hosts exhibitions, events, film screenings, and much more. There’s also a lovely gift shop there now too. You can learn more here: https://www.themodel.ie/
Many Bundoran regulars will already know foam. They’re a brilliant café known for specialty coffee, seasonal dishes, and great vibes. Their story is on their website: https://www.foambundoran.com/
I stopped by The Model to welcome them to Sligo, and had a chat with Eoin, photo above.
FOAM is open 8.30AM-5PM Monday to Saturday, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, daily specials, sweet treats, and great coffee.
