The latest food producer to feature on the blog is the wonderful Jinny’s Bakery in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim. Sinead and Pascal Gillard started their family business in 2003, with Sinead (known as Jinny to her family and friends) making just 16 loaves.
They were such a success that Jinny’s is now a team of 11 people supplying brands like SuperValu, Centra, Tesco, Gala and Independent retailers, find all the stockists here. They also supply to Supermacs SuperSubs.
Jinny’s opened a gorgeous tearoom in Drumshanbo in recent years, so you can enjoy breakfast or lunch, or buy their breads, cakes, and readymade dinners.
