Miss Suzy Sligo – A Taste Sensation

I’m a little late to the party – as Miss Suzy is celebrating their first birthday this week, but I finally got there today and I will certainly be back. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful! Miss Suzy is a Korean and Japanese restaurant offering sushi, nigiri, maki and other great dishes with seafood and fish. Firstly a special mention for Felipe, who was just so friendly and welcoming and reads the blog! My day was made! Felipe said that my blog was great for recommendations of things to do in Sligo, and that makes it all worthwhile.

Now onto the food, firstly we were given complimentary Miso soup, which was delicious. For our main course Lucy ordered the Teriyaki Tofu Bento Box, with a side order of seaweed salad, she loved it.

I ordered the vegetarian maki sushi, it was gorgeous and tasted so fresh. I would certainly have it again, and I will be back to Miss Suzy, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing.
