Gluten Free and Dairy Free Options in Sligo

I was asked by a blog reader for recommendations of places to eat in Sligo that serve Gluten Free and Dairy Free Options, so I asked my followers on social media and below are some suggestions. I will mention Denyse and Christine who have advised that there is a big difference between gluten intolerance and those with coeliac disease. Denyse says – unless a preparation area or kitchen is completely separate the risk of cross contamination is ever present, eg, physical and airborne. So with that in mind, please check with the restaurant/cafe before you eat there.

The Coach House in Ballymote have a plant based menu.

Hooked tell me that they have options that are both gluten and dairy free. Including fish, pork belly, salads, curry etc.
