We spent yesterday sorting out loads of things for the local car boot sale, packed up the car, headed off…..and sold about 3 things….hardly anyone turned up 😦

oh, that’s tough. I’ve been thinking about a clearout via a car boot sale but I’d be disappointed not to sell anything.
Now that is so annoying – it’s happened to us before too – I never understand how people mange to make loads of money at boot sales – I’m never doing one again – it’s almost a little bit soul destroying. Beautiful photo though… if that’s any consolation! x
I gave up doing these years ago as my kids went and bought more stuff so we went home twice as laden – I ebay it all now!
How strange – you hear everyone saying that car boot sales are the answer to the recession, there’s one or a flea markets every weekend somewhere in Dublin. If you try E-bay as suggested by Kate above, then leave lots of time for distracted wandering in other categories!
