I was thrilled to get a box of goodies delivered from the lovely people at Forest Feast. I’m a big fan of their products so it was great to try some of their new dried fruit range. I love the new packaging too.
So it’s Friday and I’m not feeling the best so I decided it was time for something sweet. This isn’t at all healthy but it does taste delcious, even if I say so myself 🙂
I had a quiet afternoon for a change and a few random vegetables knocking about the place so I decided to make soup – it’s healthier than cake 😉
I will be the first to admit these look disgusting but they are healthy and easy to make and they taste great too – so looks are deceiving. Inspired by Marguerite’s Belta Market Burgers on the #SligoFoodTrail and The Happy Pear.
Now before you think I’m being rude it’s a recipe 😉 I can’t think of what else to call them and that’s what they are 🙂 I was inspired by the Beltra Market Goodies on the #SligoFoodTrail last week so thought I’d have a try at these.
Now that Lucy has moved out I’m having to fend for myself and cook dinner. I always cook for the lads but Lucy used to whip up something delicious out of whatever was in the cupboard. I saw Sheerin’s Meatin Place post a stir fry photo so I got inspired.
