The latest Irish food producer to feature on the blog is The Breadski Brothers, I love their bread, and it’s great to see it available locally. You can also find some of their cakes and pastries available too. Find your local stockist here.
The Breadski Brothers are Marek, Marcin and Maciej, and in 1992 they began making bread in their home country of Poland. They moved to Ireland in 2004, and established the MMM Family Bakery in 2006. These days they are better known as The Breadski Brothers, they are based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, where they hand produce their sourdough, artisan breads.
I was in Castlebar a couple of months ago, and I was delighted to see that they have a supermarket there. It’s well worth a visit, it has all of their products and also lots of other Polish products too. Find out more about The Breadski Brothers here, and find them on Instagram and Facebook.
