The latest Irish food producer I’d like to feature is The Granola Maker, I was delighted to win a competition from their Instagram account, and I thought their granola was so gorgeous that I’m now a happy customer.
Aifric started her business during lockdown when she was expecting her third baby and her husband was working from home. They were on the hunt for something tasty for breakfast but found many of the granola on the market to be full or sugar or preservatives or not very flavourful. She began experimenting with ingredients and The Granola Maker was born. Made in a micro-bakery in Dublin and delivering nationwide.
I love the granola, it’s really tasty, and I have been known to eat it straight from the packet! Aifric has a couple of other products added to her website now too;
The Truffle – little treat energy boosters.
The Pecans – Slowly-roasted pecans, gently tossed in butter and honey, with a pinch of salt – possibly my favourite.
You can also find a selection of cards, a gift box containing coffee and honey, and more. Check out The Granola Maker on their website and find them on Instagram.
This isn’t a sponsored post, I’m a happy customer of The Granola Maker and I like to support Irish producers were ever possible.
