Eabha’s Street Kitchen, Carrick on Shannon

There’s a new food truck in Carrick on Shannon and you really have to try it! I’ve followed Sean and Sophie for a while, on social media, in their previous locations and I’ve always been impressed by their food, so I was delighted to finally check them out in their new venture.

Eabha’s Street Kitchen is named after Sophie and Sean’s baby daughter – so it’s a real family affair. They are located on the forecourt of Stewart’s Filling Station in Carrick on Shannon (the Sligo side of the town – near Lidl).

You can expect great coffee (it’s Carrow Coffee – roasted in Sligo) and gorgeous food, with all the meat coming from David McBrien Butchers in Ballinamore. There are various specials every day, I noticed Korean dirty fries – which sounded fab, there was also a loaded baked potato on today, and loads of other dishes including burgers, chicken, Halloumi, etc.

I bought the Halloumi burger – which was huge! Double halloumi with coleslaw and pineapple, it was delicious and it came with fries, I also had an iced caramel latte and a Biscoff loaded croissant (for breakfast tomorrow). Jono had the buttermilk chicken goujons and fries, and he loved them.

You can check out Eabha’s Street Kitchen on Instagram, they are open Monday – Friday from early morning until 3pm and are well worth a visit.

This isn’t a sponsored post, I paid for our food.
