Paul’s Retro Eats in Boyle, Roscommon

I’m always looking for new places, so when I saw Paul’s Retro Eats on Facebook I had to call over to check it out. It’s a food truck very close to Boyle town, just across the river from Boyle Abbey and next to Scoil na nAingeal Naofa on the Carrick Road.

Jono had the hot wings and I had the mixed bean nachos, they were both really nice. A lot of people were ordering the burgers and they looked amazing.

It was very busy today which is great to see and we arrived just as some people from the Communion did, if you are in a hurry I’d suggest you pre-order your food on 0851534125.
