The Irish Gift Guide – Gardener Edition

I’ve had such a great response to my Irish gift guides that I’ve decided to write one dedicated to the gardener in your life. I hope you enjoy the suggestions and happy shopping.

Future Forests. What could be nicer than a fruit tree? I love the selection on Future Forests, they have apple tree varieties from various counties in Ireland too.

Brown Envelope Seeds. Who doesn’t love brown paper packages tied up with string? Give a gift that grows. Their gift boxes contain selections of seeds in robust cardboard boxes attractively labeled and tied up with string.

GIY have some lovely gift ideas and their site is really informative too. They are not-for-profit organisation helping you to GROWCOOK and EAT well for a happier, healthier and more sustainable life.

Pretty Bird. Don’t just plant the flowers you can wear them too. Pretty Bird has some gorgeous clothing and the trousers have lots of pockets for everything you need.

The Donegal Natural Soap Company make gardener soap, it contains poppy seeds and chopped rosemary for a super scrubby wash. Essential oils of lavender and rosemary essential oils invigorate tired hands.

The Garden Shop have a range of hampers or you can custom make your own. This site would be heaven for the gardener in your life.

Big Leap Designs make gorgeous ceramics including mugs and jugs for the gardener in your life.

The Organic Centre. For a wide range of seeds, books, equipment, vouchers and more.

For children

Fruithill Farm have a variety of tools and gardening gifts for little people (and adults).

Kidly sell these very cool seedboms. Throw it and grow it!
