Love your blog and would like to win the copy of “Hidden Histories”. Markree Castle was my favorite research piece that you did for the book. I live in Michigan in the US. My Irish ancestors named McCafferty came to the US in the 1600’s. Back in 1988 I took a wonderful 2 week vacation and explored Ireland with a friend. Then a few years ago I was fortunate to work near Dublin for 3 months for my American employer. Had a great experience working with the Irish, felt at home, it was the craic! Would love to return again someday for sure.
